Returns & Exchanges

At DEADBEAR, we stand by our quality, but if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
